Caring for Your Genuine Copper Jewelry:
One of my favorite things about copper is the way it ages! Copper naturally reacts to oxygen and will develop a lovely patina overtime, however if you wish to slow down this process, ensure that you properly care for your item.
One of the most important steps is ensuring that you clean your product. The frequency is up to you, depending on how often you wear it. Keep your genuine copper jewelry clean by washing it in warm water with soap. Dry your pendant once done and it is ready to go! You can buy jewelry polish and polish the piece occasionally with a soft cloth.
If your copper jewelry develops more patina than you wish, you can gently rub the piece with vinegar until any grime or patina is removed. Once done, wash with soap and water and polish with a soft cloth.
Caring for Your Silver-Plated Copper Jewelry:
The benefit of this wire is that it is resistant to tarnishing. To prevent any discoloration of your jewelry, occasionally clean with soap and water and dry with a gentle cloth.
Caring for Your Stainless-Steel Jewelry:
The benefit of stainless steel is that it does not tarnish at all. To properly care for your piece occasionally clean with soap and water and dry with a gentle cloth.
